Gentle classes where we practice breath led movement in a gentle and progressive way. We move at our own pace, practicing how to become more aware of our own bodies and minds. Over time the classes are designed to help combat emotional and physical stress. They are friendly and inclusive classes but please let me know if you have any particular physical or mental needs that you think I should be aware of.

I am one of the many Nia’s and Yoga teachers in Wales. My classes are gentle, focusing on breathing practices and mindful postures. We will learn yogic skills and techniques that can be used outside of the yoga classroom, helping you achieve a peaceful mind that is more capable of dealing with the stresses of modern living.
